On May 1, 2026 I stepped into Fort Storage in Milton Fl to rent a storage unit and met a gentleman by the name of Paul. He greeted me with such a positive attitude which is unheard of in today’s society. He was very informative about the facilities and conducted business in a very professional way. Very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. It was truly a welcoming experience to say the least. Also a gentleman walked in and Paul referred to him has Mr Chris and he was such a nice person to talk with as well. Chris gave such a positive attitude as well. The whole experience was wonderful. Over the weekend there was a frustrating situation concerning access to my storage unit. This morning I received a call from the site manager, who politely informed me that the situation had been resolved, and generously offered to cover next month's rent. I do very much recommend this facility to anyone seeking storage within the area of Milton/Pace. The cost is more than fair, and the campus is clean and secure.
