Accessing The Facility with Noke Smart Entry at Fort Storage
Once you rent your unit from Fort Storage, be prepared to receive an automated text with both a 6-digit PIN and the link necessary for downloading the app on your smartphone. Enter this given temporary password along with other requested information while making sure that “OK” is selected when prompted, regarding Bluetooth access (for Android users, Location Services must also be enabled). When near the entry gate, simply access the app and tap the icon to open the gate once in range. It’s that simple!
If you are having trouble getting the lock to work, try these quick troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings
- Make sure Location Services is turned on (for Android users)
- If you’re having trouble obtaining a cell signal, make sure to launch the app outside when you have a signal before proceeding to your unit.
